When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.     The Store Credit will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses and the products will be verified. When the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, which may be used on future purchases. Original shipping costs incurred will only be included in the Store Credit amount if all items from the order are returned.
    Store Credit:
